Users can request deletion of their Egy Excursions account by submitting the form on this page using their registered email address. We will verify and process the request within 30 days. Account information including name, email, phone number, profile details and saved preferences will be deleted. Booking and payment records may be retained for up to 5 years where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
