Agreement to these terms
By submitting a booking and completing any required payment, the lead traveler confirms that they have read and accepted these Booking Terms on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation.

Prices and inclusions
Prices are displayed in the selected currency and are based on the travelers, dates and options chosen. The booking page or written quotation identifies what is included and excluded. Optional extras, entrance fees, meals, gratuities and personal expenses are included only when expressly stated.

Booking confirmation
A request is not confirmed until Egy Excursions issues a booking confirmation and receives the required payment or deposit. Please review names, dates, pickup information and selected options immediately and tell us about any error.

Traveler information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, traveler, hotel and pickup details. Travelers must hold valid passports, visas, permits and insurance appropriate to their trip. Costs or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the traveler.

Payments
The required amount and payment schedule will be shown before confirmation. Bank, card or currency-conversion fees charged by a financial institution are the traveler’s responsibility. A booking may be released if payment is not received by the stated deadline.

Changes requested by you
We will try to accommodate date, traveler, pickup or itinerary changes, subject to availability and supplier approval. A price difference, supplier charge or amendment fee may apply. Changes are confirmed only when accepted in writing.

Changes by Egy Excursions
Travel services may occasionally require reasonable changes because of weather, safety, site closures, traffic, operational requirements or circumstances outside our control. We may provide a suitable alternative while preserving the overall value and purpose of the experience where possible.

Health, safety and conduct
Travelers must follow reasonable safety instructions and inform us in advance of mobility, health, dietary or accessibility requirements that may affect participation. We may refuse or end participation where conduct creates a safety risk, disrupts others or violates applicable law.

Pickup and punctuality
Please be ready at the confirmed pickup point and time. Delays should be reported immediately. Missed services caused by late arrival or incorrect pickup details may be treated as a no-show and may not be refundable.

Suppliers and responsibility
Some services are delivered by carefully selected independent providers. Egy Excursions coordinates these arrangements and will assist with issues, but each supplier remains responsible for the service it directly provides, subject to applicable law.
