Friend thought the Sphinx was small My friend thought the Sphinx would be much bigger. He was a little disappointed. Our guide Ashraf explained that it's actually the size of a 6 story building. He looked again and changed his mind. We then visited the pyramids and Saqqara. The step pyramid was interesting. Memphis had a beautiful statue. The van was comfortable and cool. Admission fee was 46 usd each for the full day. Length of visit was about 8 hours. Atmosphere was perspective changing and educational. Crowd size was about 10 people in our group.
